You, known as The Client and Charlotte Lean Executive P A Services Ltd, The Parent Company of Cornwall Destination Management Company, known as The Company

1. Payments and Deposits

1.1
When ordering a Service or product it will be necessary for you (the Client) to provide payment using a Payment Card. We have for your ease of use a mobile payment system whereby The Client need not be present to pay for a service or product. In the event that the Client authorises Charlotte Lean Executive P A Services Ltd to use their Payment Card to purchase services or products from a third party supplier every care will be taken on your behalf to safeguard the transaction. By acting on your behalf you acknowledge that we, the Company, shall have no liability in respect of the use of your Payment Card assuming we act in accordance with the instructions given by you, the Client.

You as the Client must ensure that all personal details you provide are up to date and correct. That the Card Payments you make are from your own card and that there are enough funds to cover your purchase with us or our suppliers of goods and services.

1.3
Some of our suppliers request deposits upon reservation of goods, or services or to reserve a venue. We will inform you at the time of booking if a deposit is required. When a deposit is held against completion, the deposit will be deducted from the final payment. If a deposit is held to secure specific services, goods ordered or to reserve a venue for the Client who subsequently cancels the order or event then the deposit will be forfeit.

We accept payment either over the phone, in person or for ongoing services by direct debit. We can accept Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB cards and American Express.

We operate a 'crystal clear' pricing policy. Our price is inclusive of VAT and mileage within Cornwall. Our hourly rate currently stands at £21.28 plus VAT of £3.72 = £25 per hour. VAT registration number is 932 4634 28.

To streamline your costings for a larger event we work with you from the initial concept to final event and aim to be within budget, on brief and surpass expectations.

1.7
Events that require a long term commitment to each other for example Wedding Planning Services will incur a deposit of 5% of the overall budget, on agreement to commit to work together. This deposit will be deducted from The Clients final account. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of The Client's Cancellation of The Company's Services.

For Wedding Planner Services, The Company will require ongoing payments. These will be used on your behalf to pay suppliers of goods and services as they arise. The Company will keep you fully informed as to when payments will be necessary and exactly what they are for. Each supplier and Venue has different terms and conditions. We, The Company and You, The Client will agree to work within their terms and conditions. The Client is fully liable to abide by the third party conditions. Failure to make payments on time will result in loss of those services.

2. Ticket Sales

2.1
On behalf of our Clients we obtain the best possible tickets to Shows or Events. Your tickets will be purchased above face value, as we have included service charge(s) that reflect our efforts to secure you premium seating or additional bonuses related to your chosen show. i.e. Access to after show party, or meet the stars.

2.2
After purchase of your ticket(s) no refunds, or cancellations can be accepted.

2.3
Should it be necessary for the performer/promoter to cancel the show due to unforeseen circumstances then the face value of the ticket(s) is guaranteed to be returned. All posting fees are non-refundable.

2.4
Tickets will be sent within two days of purchase via Special Delivery Postage and will be charged at the rate of £3.75. This service is a guaranteed delivery before 12 noon the next day. Charlotte Lean cannot be personally liable for the failure of the Royal Mail to not deliver your ticket(s).

2.5
With certain venues and events dispatch of tickets will not be within our allotted two days. In these circumstances we will call to confirm arrangements with you. We may arrange with the venue for you to collect your tickets direct from the box office on the night, alternatively Charlotte Lean or one of her representatives will be there to meet you at no additional cost.

3. Liability

3.1
The Company warrants that it will act reasonably in its endeavours to secure the Services and goods on your behalf and will as far as possible act in a reasonable fashion. The utmost due care and attention will be paid as to the choice of suppliers, goods and services. We cannot however assume the responsibility of the informed judgement of the Client who is ultimately responsible for their own actions and decisions regarding suppliers and goods.

3.2
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is said to give any Client any right or remedy under the Contracts(Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Your contract is with the suppliers of services and goods. We will how endeavour to remedy any issues the Client may have with a supplier.

3.3
Save for the result of Death or Personal Injury by the direct negligence of The Company not set out in these Terms & Conditions, The Company shall not be liable for any loss, expenses, damages, costs or claims of compensation by the resulting provision of third party services instructed by you, to you.

From time-to-time it will be necessary to amend these Terms & Conditions. We, The Company will provide notification via the website, email or posting and personally to the Client where appropriate.

Privacy Policy

It will be necessary on placing an order to provide us with some personal information such as name, home/contact address, email address, card details including expiry date. All personal information will be stored in a safe manner and will not be accessible by anyone other than the Company and its employees. We will only pass on your information to third party suppliers when it is necessary to fulfil deliver of goods or services. Under no circumstances will your information be passed to, sold or otherwise divulged to anyone. Our complete discretion is assured. We will from time to time require proof of identity from you before we can proceed with any order or request.
